Registration to the symposium is now opened. Kindly note that ESSSB21 will take place as in-person event only.
Remote participation and presentations will not be available.

- Regular registration ends: July 26, 2026
Conference registration will remain open until the end of the event; however, the fees will increase after Early Bird period is over.

Important Notes:
- Student registration applies to undergraduates, postgraduates, PhD candidates.
- The registration fee should be selected based on the participant’s institutional affiliation, not their nationality.
- Lived Experiences – this category is intended for non-academic participants with lived experience of suicide, either through the loss of a loved one to suicide or through their own suicidal crisis or suicide attempt.
Registration Fee Includes:
- Participation in all scientific sessions.
- Access to the artistic installations and collaborations.
- Opening ceremony and welcome reception on August 26, 2026.
- Refreshments and snacks during coffee breaks and buffet lunches (including a salad bar and a selection of hot dishes).
- Participant badge and bag.

Registration for the conference is only possible via the online registration form on the Fienta platform (link provided above). - Confirmation Email
Once the registration form is completed and submitted, an automatic email will be sent to the email address you provided. Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly. If you do not see the email, please also check your spam folder. If no email is received, contact the Symposium Secretariat at conference@seventips.lt. - Completion of Registration
Your registration is considered complete only once the full payment has been received. After the payment is processed, Fienta will issue and send your tickets with a QR code to the email address you provided. Please bring this ticket to the symposium and present it at the registration desk. - Invoices
If you require an invoice, please enter the relevant information in Fienta while completing the registration form. Only proforma invoices will be issued before the symposium. Final fiscal invoices will be sent to all registered participants after the conference, at the end of August 2026. We kindly ask that you refrain from requesting fiscal invoices before the event, as we will not be able to provide them in advance. - Payment Methods
During online registration, participants may choose to pay the fees either by credit card or bank transfer. If the fee is paid by credit card, the ticket will be issued and sent shortly afterwards. If the participant chooses to pay by bank transfer, Fienta will issue and send the ticket once the payment has been received. - VAT
Please note that, in accordance with Lithuanian tax law, Value Added Tax (VAT) applies to the registration fees and cannot be excluded. All fees listed in the table above are VAT-inclusive.

- Cancellations received from July 27, 2026 – no refund.
