Invoices and Certificates
Invoices:
Invoices were sent to all participants via the Fienta platform on August 31, 2026. Please look for an email from Fienta in your inbox.
If you cannot find the invoice, before contacting the organisers, please make sure you have checked the following:
- Your spam/junk folder.
- All email accounts you may have used for registration. We have noticed that participants sometimes do not remember which email address was used when registering, so we recommend checking all your email inboxes.
- The person who registered on your behalf. If a colleague, secretary, or another person completed the registration for you using their email address, the invoice was most likely sent directly to them.
If you have checked all of the above and still cannot locate your invoice, please contact the Conference Secretariat.
Certificates:
ESSSB21 participants may receive two types of certificates:
- Certificate of Attendance – confirming participation in ESSSB21. This certificate will be sent to the email address provided during registration within two weeks after the symposium.
- Presentation Certificate – confirming an oral or poster presentation at ESSSB21. These certificates will be available for download directly from the ConfTool system from September 7, 2026. Please note that presentation certificates will not be sent by email and must be downloaded by the submitting authors themselves from ConfTool.
